We asked each of you to ask, “What’s the next courageous step You want me to take in my journey of pursuing Jesus and advancing His mission?”

And, as we kicked off Year Two, we dubbed it More Than A Building because we believe there is even more than God wants to do in and through us. We’re told that God wants to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.

SAY YES TO THE NEXT AND SERVE OUR CORNERSTONE FAMILY
In Year Two, we anticipate moving into our NEW HOME, establishing Cornerstone as a beacon of hope in Bluffton! We’re patiently waiting and preparing ourselves to use this new space to reach and serve our community through our expanded ministries.
[Jesus] said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
Matthew 9:37-38
As we grow, our harvest is great, and that’s why we need YOU!
The next move of God may begin with your yes: the next neighbor reached, the next widow served, the next student prayed for, the next prodigal to come home, the next child baptized.

In Year Two, we strive to see our community ENCOUNTER JESUS through our corporate worship gatherings, both at our main campus and at our soon-to-launch Hilton Head campus!
During the month of December, we’ll be delving into a new, five-week sermon series that culminates on Christmas Eve: Good News of Great Joy.

Join us at our main campus on this Sunday, November 30, at 9am or 10:45am, to begin exploring God’s pursuit of humanity through the sending of His Son across decades of silence, waiting, and finally, hope.
We’d also love to invite you to a Worship Gathering on Sunday, December 14, at 10am, in the lead-up to our January 2026 Hilton Head campus launch! Cornerstone, God said, “Go,” and we’re excited to go together.
Join us at the Hilton Head Island Boys and Girls Club to gather, worship, and grow alongside your fellow Islanders in this full-service “preview” — complete with live worship, Kids Ministry programming, and YOU — as we strive to reach new neighbors in the heart of our Island community.

GET ROOTED BY PRACTICING SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES
In Year Two, we seek to provide more individuals with the opportunity to GROW DEEPER in their relationships with God, establishing their roots through bible studies and small groups! We believe lives will be enriched and transformed as people grow deeper in their faith and deeper in their understanding of God’s word.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join us in our new December Bible Reading Plan! Starting on December 1, we’re diving deeper into the Christmas story across the Gospels of Matthew, Luke, and John in a way that complements our Christmas series.
We’re also inviting you to get Rooted through a small group!
Because we believe you can’t do life alone, we strive to grow in community.
Rooted is a 10-week discipleship experience designed to connect people with God, the church, and their purpose. If you haven’t already gone through this experience, we highly recommend that you join us for our next session, kicking off in January.
When we gather and grow in our faith together, we experience life as God intended—in community—and we’re excited to experience life with you—in community—as you get plugged into your Cornerstone Family!
SERVE WITH A LOCAL OR GLOBAL PARTNER
In Year Two, we want to be a catalyst for every follower of Jesus to LIVE ON MISSION by stepping into their calling and purpose!
Because we believe followers live on mission, we strive to reach the world.
At Cornerstone, we partner with five local organizations to meet several different needs in our Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Beaufort communities.
We also come alongside seven global partners to support, equip, and grow ministries overseas. In fact, we have two upcoming opportunities to serve overseas in 2026 with Foundation for His Ministry (FFHM) and For the City:
FFHM: Travel with your family to serve at a children’s home in Vicente Guerrero, Baja California, Mexico! We’ll be supporting the children’s home, assisting with ministry tasks, and encouraging the dedicated staff who pour themselves into the lives of these children every day. This trip is about coming alongside FFHM’s ongoing work, contributing where we can, and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of God’s love at work in Vicente Guerrero.
For the City: Fly down to San Jose, Costa Rica! We’ll be partnering with the local team to serve alongside them in their ongoing efforts, which include providing meals to children and families in need, running a fast-paced summer camp with other area churches, and more.
We can’t wait to see you serving in Bluffton and beyond!
